1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided with the return.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Used, damaged, or altered items not due to a defect.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain large or special-order items.
3. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at exchanges@plumbingdeluxe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and shipping the replacement.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will need to mail it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
